THE DECK is licensed under a BY-NC-SA 2.0 Creative Commons License (human readable version). This means that you can share and adapt the material, provided you give us credit, don't use it for commercial purposes, and retain this license on your new thing.
Credit
THE DECK was created by rchowe and first published at rchowe.com/deck. This version is adapted from it and shared under the same license. Changes: the site was rebuilt from scratch as a multiplayer game where everyone draws on their own phone, the cards look like a real deck, cards can be edited and sorted into any number of groups from the secret menu, new groups can be added, the “With Replacement” draw style works, card formatting was simplified, and two flavor texts were changed (the “World's Most Interesting Man” picture and the “Add a Card” email address).
Your edits
Cards you edit, add or delete are saved in your own browser first. On a device the deck's owner has connected to GitHub, they are then published to the shared deck everyone plays. Nothing else is collected or sent anywhere.
